2007 Two Pound Coin - Slave Trade

Bicentenary (200 years) of the Abolition of the Slave Trade in the British Empire

The reverse, designed by  David Gentleman, shows the date "1807" with the "0" depicted as a part of a broken chain link, surrounded by the inscription "AN ACT FOR THE ABOLITION OF THE SLAVE TRADE" and the date "2007".

Edge is milled and has the inscription is "AM I NOT A MAN AND A BROTHER".

The obverse is the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
