1839 Queen Victoria Gold Sovereign. The second sovereign to be issued during the reign of Queen Victoria. An incredibly difficult date to obtain, perhaps the second rarest sovereign in the Queen Victoria sovereign series (The rarest being the 1841). The 1839 sovereign is made of 22 carat gold, and weighs 8 grams.Summary
