King William IV Sovereigns
King William IV Sovereigns were issued between 1831 and 1837. William IV was the younger brother of King George IV, and ascended to the throne upon his death in 1830. He was crowned king in 1831.
All William IV Sovereigns depict his portrait on the obverse of the coin, with a shield on the reverse.
